I made this dinner a few days ago and it turned out great! The caramelized onions went great on top of the meat and sauce. I also made some wonderful cheesy mashed potatoes that I will post soon!

Caramelized Onions Ingredients:
-4TBSP Butter
-1 Onion

Cut onion into slices and place in pan with butter.

Cook for about 10 minutes or until onions are tender.

You can serve these with any meat.
Pork Loin with Creamy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
-Pork Loin
-1 Tsp. Vegetable Oil
-1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
-2 TBSP. Dijon Mustard
-2-3 Green Onions, Sliced

Cut pork into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet and cook meat until no longer pink. Cook all the meat and set aside.

Keep drippings in pan and add milk, mustard and green onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Serve over pork meat.
