I made this dish the other day when we had 2 doctor appointments. dance, baseball practice and school. It was a busy busy day so I decided to make something in the crock pot so that when we got home dinner would be ready. It turned out to be so yummy and I can't wait to make them again.

Ingredients: -2 Pounds Boneless, Beef Round Steak, Cut Up -1 Can Diced Tomatoes,
Undrained -1/3 Cup Chopped Onion -1 Can
Chipotle Peppers in
Adobo Sauce -1 Tsp. Dried Oregano -1/4 Tsp. Ground Cumin -1 Clove Garlic, Minced -Tortillas -3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Place meat, tomatoes, onion, peppers, oregano, cumin and garlic in
crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender.

Pull apart meat and serve in warm tortillas along with cheese. Serve and enjoy. I served mine with beans, rice,
guacamole and salsa. Enjoy!
