If you want a super easy, fast, delicious meal, then this is the recipe for you! I have already made these a couple of times when we had a busy day! Just throw it in the
crock pot in the morning and when dinner time rolls around you are ready to go!

Ingredients:
-3 Pound Beef or Pork Chuck Pot Roast
-1 Onion, Cut Up
-3 Bay Leaves
-1/2 Tsp. Salt
-1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
-1/8 Tsp. Ground Cloves
-1/3 Cup Vinegar
-Any Bread of your Choice ( I used French Rolls)
-BBQ Sauce of your choice if desired

Trim fat from meat. Place meat, onion, bay leaves, salt, garlic powder, and cloves in
crock pot. Pour in vinegar.

Cover and cook on low for 11-12 hours or on high for 5-6 hours. After meat is done, place it in a serving dish. Pour in BBQ sauce and mix together.

Place shredded meat on bread. I poured some of the juice on the rolls and put more BBQ on the meat.
