Suppertime Sausage Bake

We had breakfast for dinner the other night, so I decided to try something new. I have made a dish similar to this one before, but it didn't have the bell pepper, green onions, or evaporated milk. This is a great dish to make and then heat up for breakfast.
Ingredients:
-1 lb. Sausage, Cooked and Drained
-2 Cans Evaporated Milk
-8 Eggs, Beaten
-2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-1/2 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
-2 Green Onions Chopped
-1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
-1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
-8 Cups Cubed Bread
Combine milk, eggs, sausage, cheese, red bell pepper, green onion, onion powder, and garlic powder in large bowl.Add bread cubes, stirring gently to moisten bread. Pour mixture into 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.

Serve and enjoy! I served with bacon, pancakes, and fresh fruit! Enjoy!
