Ingredients:
-4 Cups Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
-1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
-About 10 Slices Of Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
-1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-1 Can Evaporated Milk
-1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1 1/2 TSP. Seasoned Salt
Layer half the potatoes, half onions, half bacon, and half cheese in a greased 8 inch baking dish. Repeat for another layer. (I had to use sandwich cheese because we were out of shredded cheese and it turned out tasting just as good!)
